Who is Nicky Noodles?

Hi, I'm Nicky Noodles, owner and enthusiast for Apple of my Pie Parties.

At 15 yrs old I began my journey volunteering for the Leeds Children's Circus charity, which sparked my interest in all things colourful and silly. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life but I knew I wanted to make people smile, which has my mission in life ever since!

When I was 19 I created my own business Nicky Noodles Entertainment, providing face painting, kids discos,  balloon modelling and all kinds of fun. I've also travelled around the world with my circus skills, teaching & performing in destinations like America, Belgium as well as all over the UK.

In Sept 2017 I got a booking to face paint at the Apple of my Pie Party Venue in Dewsbury and instantly fell in love. In January 2018 I officially became the owner of the Apple of my Pie and never looked back.

I am a hard working creative human bursting with ideas and every day since haven't stopped working on making the Apple of my Pie into the amazing party venue it is today!

Our Journey

September 2018

We Moved!!! After a series of unfortunate events and as the business grew, we decided to take it to the next level and move location. No longer sharing the building with another business but our own 100% dedicated party venue. Now we provide an even better service in a more accessible venue, with kitchen facilities on site, a giant garden and yes even a car park!?!

We had 2 months over the summer to transform a shabby old pub into an amazing kids party and despite speculation, we did it and opened our doors on the 8th Sept 2018.

I'm amazed at the positive response we've had from the move and can not wait to see what the future will bring.

January 2018...

In January Nicky Noodles took over the business and did everything she could to make it the best it could be. With the help of her family we stripped the venue, fixed up the white walls so they look white again, added some colour to the bathrooms cleaned up the entrance, made window seats, new reusable tablecloths, replaced the old broken fairy lights, painted the arts & crafts wall, hand painted a lot of signs and added tons of Nicky Noodles touches to make it fun and colourful.
